Why Wasn't Zira In Scar's Army? | Lion King Explained

Why wasn’t Zira in Scar’s Army? I mean, in The Lion Guard, when “the Ghost of Scar” was summoned to wage a war against the Pride Lands, you’d assume that he would recruit his most loyal follower, but for some reason he didn’t. Zira, her lionesses, and Scar’s chosen heir Kovu were alive and willing to fight against Simba’s rule! But they never received the call. Instead, Scar brought together hyenas, vultures, crocodiles, and jackals to fight the Pride Lands on his behalf, while Zira remained deep within the Outlands. But I want to figure out why she was left behind. Why did Zira never join Scar's army?
