This is an easy recipe to scale up -- and it's freezable. For one, you'll need:
1 Chicken Breast
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp runny honey
Small piece of root ginger
Sesame oil

Serve with rice, or in wraps with salad.
