I had a "CRACKING NIGHT OUT" with the AIR RIFLE

Описание к видео I had a "CRACKING NIGHT OUT" with the AIR RIFLE

G'day guys, this video is from a cracking night out I had recently with the air rifle.
Shot placement is everything when out chasing these pests with a .22 calibre pcp. A pellet right in the brain box will drop feral cats and foxes on the spot.
Achieving a quick, humane and ethical kill is always the desired outcome.

This contract took place on a fairly small heritage listed property in a peri-urban area so I had no choice but to run the air rifle.

Rabbits were the main objective as numbers had bred back up since my last visit.

Foxes are always on the hit list however I was soon advised that any feral cat or rat seen, were to be targeted as well.

My setup for the night was my 600mm barrel, FX Impact M3 air rifle chambered in .22 calibre.
Saber Tactical arca swiss rail, and vipertek suppressor.
Shooting 18.13gr Cometa pellets @ 900fps.

HikMicro Panther PQ50L V2.0 thermal scope.

With the nights shooting conducted on foot, I used my Bexin ST424C carbon fibre tripod with Sirui K30X ball head.

3 hours on site resulted in 22 Rabbits, 10 rats, 1 fox and a feral cat being removed. Certainly quite a variety of pests and a cracking result for the client.
