As a secondary fire lighting tool in the K1 survival kit I choose the Permanent Match Flint Lighter, a simple refillable lighter that allows you to have the equivalent of a large box of matches without the bulk in your survival tin. Just fuel with lighter fluid and get hundreds lights. In this video I show you how to wick, re-fuel, strike-a-light and adjust the wick length on your permanent match. Very simple firelighter, worth every penny and takes up little room in your survival kit.
