Instructions
Boiled Eggs:
1. Pierce egg with egg piercer in Itaki Cup.
2. Place pierced side up in Itaki Egg holder. Place this in the Itaki pro - I recommend putting the large metal bowl under it.
3. Heat! Roughly 25 minutes for hard boiled, or 15 minutes for soft boiled.

Scrambled Eggs:

1. Wope down the metal bowl with butter or some cooking spray.
2. Use a whisk or fork to scramble your eggs to your liking, and add some salt and pepper. Add a tablespoon of milk for each egg for creamier scrambled eggs. For fluffier eggs, add water instead of milk.
3. Pour into Itaki bowl - I usually use the larger metal bowl given the quantities of eggs that I work with.
4. Run Itaki for about 20 minutes or 1 Itaki cup. I usually use an egg timer or watch to be precise.
5. Once done, take the bowl out and scramble the eggs with a fork. Voila! Eat with your regular accompaniments!

Omelette:

1. Wipe down the metal bowl with butter or cooking spray.
2. Prep whatever you want in your omelette - I used finely diced tomatoes, chopped up meat from last night’s dinner like ham, barbecued pork, spinach, some green onions and of course CHEESE. Then beat 2-4 eggs and season with salt and pepper.
3. Place the chopped ingredients on the bottom of the large metal bowl, then poor the egg mixture on top of everything.
4. Cook this all for about 20 minutes.
