January 2006, Tokyo - hanging out in a friend's kitchen during a party, got talking to a fellow Canadian about an upcoming sovereignty patrol that the Canadian Army was planning across the Arctic.
6 weeks later i found myself flying on a Twin Otter to Mould Bay, Prince Patrick Island. What a party!
This documentary trailer includes much footage shot during that trip. The following year i went back up with Dianne Whelan - includes footage shot by Dianne. Narrated by Dianne Whelan.

Later became the National Film Board of Canada's "This Land" documentary
