This is a video lecture for Advanced Reinforced Concrete Design focused on the strut-and-tie method (STM) for designing deep beams and disturbed regions (D-regions) in reinforced concrete members. The lecture includes a brief overview of STM, discussion of struts, ties, and nodes, STM modeling principles and examples, and the design procedure using STM (using either ACI 318 or AASHTO LRFD).

This is an updated video of a previously uploaded video. The presentation was modified to reflect ACI 318-19.
