“65 years old. A lifetime bodybuilder. And the best physique of my life is still ahead of me.

I started lifting at 12. I’ve been refining this body for decades — not with shortcuts, not with reckless abuse, but with patience, perseverance, and a vision of longevity.

In my 20s, I was told I could go far. Many of my competitors pushed hard and fast, chasing glory at all costs. I chose a different path. Now, decades later, I’m still healthy, still improving, and still hungry.
