Ingredients
• 3 cups chicken broth
• 1/4 tsp sesame oil
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp sugar
• 1/8 tsp white pepper
• 1/4 tsp turmeric (for color)
• 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 Tbsp water)
• 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
• 1 green onion/scallion (sliced)
