FROM DRAB TO FAB: A Pretty Dress Upcycle!

I thrifted this dress which was kind of frumpy and drab but had the potential to be pretty. After chopping off the sleeves and collar and adding a bit to the waistline, I finished it with a pretty trim, and BAM! My new favourite dress!
