UTXO Stack leverages Bitcoin's strengths, like the UTXO model, to create a new paradigm in Bitcoin Layer 2 solutions. It introduces native Turing-complete capabilities on Bitcoin Layer 1 with the Nervos' RGB++ protocol and a UTXO-based Layer 2 framework with enhanced Layer 1 programmability.
