Radio Comms With a Helmet Setup

In this video, I cover my journey of building out my own tactical communication setup with a radio, microphone and helmet. I wanted this system to be affordable, changeable, and easy to copy and paste to other users and load-outs. As helmet setups have very mission/team specific equipment requirements, it is important to ask yourself what is it that you need, before copying some helmet setup that you see. This is a very simple setup, however I recommend this to users who have never used such tools, and their mission requirements are similar to mine. I cover my experience using these items which is mostly airsoft and time on the range. Airsoft is a great way to test out your whole communication system and gear in relatively high speed, fun, and a mildly stressful environment. It will also test your equipment proficiency and troubleshooting skills with your “team”.
