After I set up the Alienware alpha I noticed there was a software update available "hivemind" so I shutdown the pc/console like it said. However, while the update was installing, the machine went into sleep mode which corrupted the alphaUI. I had to do a factory image restore. I then went into desktop mode and changed the setting for hibernation or sleep mode which allowed the update to install correctly. It's true what they say "I love it" but it's also true "it's so slow" 😞
