Описание к видео Mike's inspiring Full Recovery from Long Covid & chronic fatigue

Mike shares his inspiring 15 month full recovery journey from Long Covid and chronic fatigue, which began New Year's Eve 2020. TIMESTAMPS below:

Overview:
For over a year, Mike didn’t have the capacity to do more than sit at the park bench right behind his house. He had multiple debilitating symptoms, many crashes, and didn’t have the energy to socialize. Mike talks about the things he tried, and what helped him (and the things that didn’t). He’s now running 10 miles every day in the park. Here is his powerful and inspiring story.
