This video demonstrates how to properly make field-wireable connectors for use with SunPower's Type E AC modules. With this skill, you can:

• Easily connect trunk cables on the roof without complex wiring.
• Use male connectors to make connections from a Field Wireable female connector.
• Use female connectors to make connections from any trunk cable (DG cable) open connector.
• Use female to female for cable-to-cable connections to create a jumper to a remote part of the solar array.
• Use a mated pair of connectors to splice two cut ends of cable.

CAUTION: Always verify that equipment is deenergized before working on it, use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and follow safe work practices. The tasks shown in this video must be performed by qualified persons. Consult your employer for safe work practices and PPE that may be required to perform this work.
