My Favorite Warm-Up of 2023

I love a warm-up that is as fun to play on the practice pad as it is on the drum kit. Also, it's important that the warm-up does its job which is by definition, to warm you up. I like warm-ups that both activate my body and my brain. This one does exactly that, so I hope you enjoy it! - Mike J
