Bible Review of "The Complete Jewish Study Bible"

In this video, we're going over The Complete Jewish Study Bible. This Bible is a good start for believers who are new in their understanding of Hebrew/Jewish culture. However, there are a few red flags that you want to be on the lookout for as you read through this Bible and reference their study notes.
1. Though they use the name "Yeshua" for our Messiah, it is not a fully restorative translation because they have not removed all the pagan-influenced titles for the Most High (Lord & God).
2. They admit to utilizing the Mishna and the Babylonian Talmud for some of their study notes.
3. Though they claim they have made an effort to remove Yiddish terms, there are still Yiddish influenced words in much of the passages.

I go over these issues in the video, and because of them, my recommendation comes with an asterisk and cautionary advice to keep these things in mind. That said, this version of the Bible is more than capable of helping you get more familiar with better transliterations for the names of the Biblical characters, books, and authors. In addition to that, there are good writups expanding on certain feasts and holidays that the Scriptures encourage us to observe.
