and Welcome to a Christmas Special ( Traditional Goan Christmas Sweets ) Special Episode of ‪@RedSoilStories‬
I had gone to Anganwadi ( Nursery Scool ) to get our poshan aahar ( Ration ). A kid there was crying as he wanted to celebrate Christmas in his school. His teacher told we do not celebrate it in our school. I told this incident to Pooja and she instantly told me that we'll celebrate the festival in the school with kids. She'll prepare some Christmas sweets and we'll share them with kids.
She prepared various christmas sweets recipe like Kulkul, Kormolas, Rose Cookies and Orange Dryfruit Cake.
Though she had prepared everything for the first time, everything turned out to be very delicious.
We packed the sweets in the decorative christmas box and took it to the school. We gave the sweet boxes to the children and enjoyed the sweets with them.
Later we did some dance and the kids enjoyed this mini Christmas celebration.
