Smoked Jalapeno Poppers

Today I'm showing how to cook what I consider to be the easiest smoked jalapeno poppers recipe on the smoker. I like to cook jalapeno poppers in an offset smoker because the smoke adds quite a bit of BBQ smoked flavor and you can cook a ton at once. I'm using my own custom popper rack, but you can easily just lay the bacon wrapped jalapenos on the smoker grates. I'm a purist when it comes to jalapeno poppers--just bacon, peppers, cream cheese and little seasoning for me! Just like all BBQ, you could easily do this on a Weber grill, PK Grill, Oklahoma Joe's, the list goes on--just follow the steps and you should have a ton of success with this recipe!
