This is me making a J Cole storytelling type beat in FL Studio. I started with a MIDI and a piano VST and built the melody around it. I added some J. Cole style drums from my new J. Cole drum stash, and after that made a second part to the beat around a J. Cole vocal I got off YouTube. I used a bunch of different melodies for the second part, and the drums for it also came from the J. Cole stash. Comment what you think!
