This is the most interesting place I've ever been in. In one of the houses all the things are still inside and the second house is basically falling apart. All residents seem to have left in a hurry because a lot of their personal belongings (diplomas, documents, passport etc) have been left behind. There is also a big barn that is slowly collapsing. Nearby is a barn-dryer, a shed and a sauna. There are 3 other buildings that almost completely collapsed and one of them is basically gone now with little to no traces of it.
The residents living in one of the last households was the Pill family. Their household had the most belongings left behind, and that is for a reason. I found one of the resident's full name and found his name at the bottom of a newspaper from 2016 saying that he has died. I don't know what happened to the rest of the family, but I feel like I can assume that they are also dead. The latest documents I found in that house were from 2015. I am trying my best to respect the family, so I have done my best to not reveal the identity of the family members and show the location of these buildings.
This year in April the owner cut down most of the trees surrounding the houses, revealing them to the nearby road, obviously resulting in more & faster vandalising and looting. Hopefully the owner has more plans to do there than just get some wood.

I found out about this place over a year ago, i went recording there in July 2020. I Didn't do anything with the video, probably because I wanted to take pictures as well. Finally got to go there in April this year, was surprised to see the changes: trees were cut down, a small shed was built for tools, furniture had been moved around by the workers I assume, and some vandalising (as expected). Took my pictures and some amateur cinematic shots and finally decided to start editing it this summer, stopped cause I found out the residents were dead, and now I finally had the motivation to finally finish it, taking about 13 months to produce. This is my best post so far and I hope you really enjoy it!
