If you want to spend part of your vacation in one of the most beautiful national parks in Europe and enjoy the natural beauty of this area, where nature is untouched, Pension Offsetting HOUSE offers you the opportunity to spend a weekend or holiday at our apartment.
HOUSE Pension Offsetting is a newly opened facility in the traditional cyclical style, located in the inner zone of Plitvice Lakes National Park, located 5 km from the main entrance from Dubrovnik to Zagreb. We have an entire block of ancillary facilities, located in a natural environment of mountains Plješavica and Plitvice lakes.
All our buildings are constructed from eco materials (wood and stone), all internal furniture is handmade of solid wood, the buildings are heated from renewable wood, where the heat in specific ways leading to each room, all objects are naturally shaped and decorated and the friendly staff, peaceful and quiet environment, and all customized to our guests is a guarantee of enjoyment and peaceful holiday with us.
Within our facility have a place for sunbathing in nature with a natural creek, resting room, seating and grill.

All rooms have a bathroom with a toilet and shower, satellite TV, air conditioning, wardrobes, dressing room and free internet access (WiFi), and a unique view of the surrounding lakes.
In winter conditions, objects are heated from renewable wood, where the heat in specific ways leading to each room, providing you with the necessary warmth and a pleasant stay in the room.
