Jim Buczek - Powell Lacrosse Legends

Описание к видео Jim Buczek - Powell Lacrosse Legends

Jim Buczek is one of the most versatile two-way midfielders ever.

Jim came to UNC from Baltimore and started all 4 years for the talented Tar Heel teams from 1989-92. He was the motor in the middle of the field that fueled UNC to win the 1991 National Championship.

Jim is a 3x All-American, 1992 NCAA Midfielder of the Year, NCAA Champion, and was named to the ACC’s 50th Anniversary Team.

#29 was a thoroughbred as he took faceoffs, played offense and defense, played man down, lined up on the faceoff wing, and made hustle plays all over the field. He was one of the rare breed of midfielders who could contribute in every facet of the game and do it well. He has also had a legendary coaching career in Georgia for the Lovett School and has helped the game grow tremendously there.

Powell Lacrosse salutes Jim Buczek!
