Hello my friends! In today’s video I’m sharing a Speed Clean and Cook with Me. Join me as I tackle the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom for 10 minutes in each area. This definitely added to the challenge and made it fun to clean. I’m also sharing my Chili recipe with you, which is perfect for Winter days and feeds the family for a while.

Chili recipe:

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1 Lg can of petite diced tomatoes
1 small can of tomato sauce
1 can of dark red kidney beans (undrained)
1 can of pinto beans (undrained)
1 can of black beans or light red beans (undrained)
1 can of corn (drained)
1 envelope of chili seasoning
1 tbsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook ground beef and drain.
Add onions and peppers and cook for a few minutes until softened.
Add cans of tomatoes, sauce, beans and corn
Add chili seasoning, salt, pepper and sugar
Add water if thinner consistency is desired
Let it reach a boil (med-high heat) and then lower temperature to a slow simmer for at least 30 minutes covered.
Serve with rice and toppings (sour cream, shredded cheese, onions, fritos, etc.)
