This program is presented in partnership with AARP.

The most successful female tennis player in history, Martina Navratilova amassed an unmatched number of professional records over the course of a career that spanned an amazing four decades. She won 59 Grand Slam titles, including a record 9 Wimbledon crowns, and in 2006, on the verge of turning 50, became the oldest player ever to hoist such a trophy, taking the mixed doubles at the US Open alongside Bob Bryan. Named one of Sports Illustrated's "Top 40 Athletes of All Time," Navratilova is still in phenomenal shape. In a rare Chicago appearance, one of the world's true greats, a champion on and courageous activist off the court, will talk about how the human athletic animal can change—and adapt—over time.

Navratilova is joined in conversation by PBS news correspondent and triathlete Elizabeth Brackett.
