Continuing the story from the last song, in this track I take the conversation a step forward. I talk about feeling of being trapped in the rat race of life and hustle of coming out of it. The song ends at the point when muzrim(captive) finally realises that happiness is all that matters and he gathers the courage to escape the jail of rat race/negative thoughts

About the EP -
I wasn’t very sure of releasing this EP ever. The whole concept is different from my usual style but the way this year has been going, I have decided to put it out.

Most of the songs of this EP were written almost 1.5-2 years back. It’s about the time when my mind went through the path of darkness filled with negativity to the sunshine of positivity. I rarely talked about that phase with anyone. These songs were the only thing through which I expressed myself. It consists of 6 tracks and each track is a conversation my mind had with the inner-self in pursuit of finding peace. Right from the start, the vibe of the EP revolves around how circumstances started creating a dark vicious circle of negative thoughts around me, and later I somehow managed to come out of it with a new zeal of positivity and optimism.

The beats and flow used in the EP are quite different from the usual rap sound that you hear in India. Some of you might like it, some of you might find it whack but it is what it is.
