Hi Everybody,

Would you like to play a game? Global Thermonuclear War?" How about a nice game of Shark Frenzy? It's a wind-up fishing game and it is moderately fun. Wind up the playing surface and as the sharks go around, fish for them with magnets. The sharks mouths open and shut (as I noticed when viewing the footage I shot) and if you time it right, you can catch them.

Kind of surprised at the quality of this game. Although made of string, plastic and paper the thing works pretty well. As you can see in the video, the mechanism makes everything go round nicely and presents a real challenge in catching the sharks.

I'm not sure if this counts as actual shark-catching experience but I do feel a bit nautical after playing a round. It is a bit disconcerting that the playing field resembles a aquarium more than an ocean but I doubt that was intentional. I promise that all sharks in this video were subject to 'catch and release' and no trophies were taken.
