There are very few restaurants that are harder to get a reservation at than Etxebarri. The reservation system is a black box and they only have a few tables available each day. However, it's the #2 restaurant in the world and for good reason.

Their cooking is extremely simple, with most things just being touched by the fire and some basic seasoning. But their access to incredible produce, their precision with cooking, and their focus on seasonality make this one of the most special restaurants in the world.

Don't expect super fancy service or anything over the top and pretentious, this is, at the end of the day a live-fire cooking restaurant that just so happens to craft one of the best menus I've ever had in my entire life ❤️
