Designed as a second chapter of a discussion that SDFF initiated at the Design Museum in 2019. Aimed at learning about the progress design is making on building capacity and taking responsibility for its impact on the environment.

This event is a confirmation that sustainability is firmly on the agenda of many organisations. The question remains: what is the role and is the service design mature enough to contribute to this shift.
