3 Branches might be separate but guaranteed they equal.
Got Executive Branch, it’s the highest in the land.

Appoints federal judges, elected every 4 years, yep.
You can’t mess with the, Executive Branch you see,

Legislative Branch makes laws and public policies,

The number of congressmen is based on population.

Legislative Branch approves presidential appointments.
Now we done with that, moving on to the next,
So you already know, it’s the Judicial Branch.
Judicial looks like judge so remember that.
It’s 9 justices, they appointed by the president.
Those Justices’ they control everything,
They overturn rulings by other judges easily.
One more thing Ima tell you right before you go,
Judicial Branch determines, if laws are constitutional.
