This video describes how you can set up OwnerRez (a popular PMS) to automatically share your Guest Manual via email with guests when they book their stay.

Pre-requisites for this are that have an OwnerRez account - www.ownerrez.com and a Guest Manual that you have created on www.guestmanual.com.

As outlined in the video:

1. Tap the share button in the Guest Manual mobile app. This will launch the iOS share sheet.
2. We will be pasting in the web link to your Guest Manual in to the OwnerRez website. Tap the Copy button to copy the web link to your Guest Manual.
3. Login to www.ownerrez.com
4. Navigate to Settings by expanding the "Hamburger" menu and tapping on Settings. Tap Templates to be taken to the subsection where you will be creating a new message template.
5. Tap + Create Email Template button to create a new Email Template. Choose Booking.
6. Tap the Link icon. Choose Type as Custom Web Address and paste in your link to the URL field. Tap the Update button to continue.
7. Personalize the rest of the template as you like and tap Save and Close.
8. Go back to Settings and tap the Triggers in the Messaging section.
9. Click on the dropdown menu under the Action section to select the template that you just created.
10. Save your trigger.

That's it! Now your Guest Manual will be automatically shared with guests when they book.
