Plasterer Cheshire Top Tier Plastering Services was ask to overboard this kitchen ceiling, remove coving and plaster smooth. Ceiling was described as artex but upon closer inspection it turned out to be woodchip wallpaper over a plasterboard ceiling. When the client changed their mind and wanted to keep the coving i had to change my approach and come up with a solution to try and achieve what the client wanted.
