●SASTOJCI:
1 litra punomasnog mlijeka (min. 3,5 % masnoće)
150-200 g jogurta (ja koristim grčki sa 10 % masnoće)

Osim toga:
termometar (može i bez, pokazaću vam u videu!)
5-6 malih galončića

●INGREDIENTS (ENGL.)
1 litre whole milk (min. 3,5 % fat)
150-200 g yogurt (I like to use greek yogurt with 10 % fat, because of its creamy texture)

Moreover you’ll need:
thermometer (it also works without, I’ll show you how)
5-6 smaller screw-top jars

1) Heat the milk to about 80° Celsius.
2) Transfer it to a bowl (should be made of glass or china instead of metall). Cover it with a kitchen towel to prevent the formation of a thin fat-layer on the surface.
3) The milk should cool down to 40° Celsius.
4) Preheat the oven to 50° Celsius. Pour the yogurt into a bowl and mix it with some tablespoons of the 40° warm milk. Pour the mixture back into the remaining milk and stir well.
5) Pour this mixture into the screw-top jars which should be clean (I clean them with hot water, let it sit for some minutes and let them dry).
6) Place the jars onto a baking tray and slide it into the oven. They should stay there for about 30 min at 50°.
7) After that, switch off the oven and let them sit inside for 8-10 hours. Please don’t move or shake them, because the lactic acid bacteria need a warm and calm place to be able to work.
8) After 8-10 hours, take them out of the oven and into the fridge for 2-3 hours and then you can enjoy your homemade yogurt.
