It is an honor and a privilege for me to serve this community as your chief prosecutor. Thank you for the trust you have placed in me the past nineteen years.

I am seeking a sixth term as your County Attorney. I believe I possess the right combination of depth of prosecutorial experience, demonstrated leadership, innovation, and consistent achievement of excellence that qualify me to continue to serve as your County Attorney.

I have demonstrated my unwavering commitment to the criminal justice system with a solid track record in administration, management and prosecution.

I am pleased to report to you that the Office is in excellent condition. I have a positive track record of programs implemented to fight and prevent crime, to benefit victims of crime, to save you money as a taxpayer and to enhance the quality of life for all people in Pima County.

You can count on me to continue to be relentless in holding criminals accountable for their conduct, seeking innovative ways to fight and prevent crime, continuing to serve victims of crime, and administering the office in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
