The Labour Party candidate, in abia state is now the governor-elect after he was declared winner by the independent national electoral commission

Mr. Otti won in 10 LGAs, with a total vote of 175,466 to defeat his closest rival and candidate of the PDP who scored 88,526.
Addressing the press, Mr. Otti thanked his supporters and assured them that his administration will work for the general good of the state.
