Hey guys :)

In this video, you will be guided to relax all your muscles from head to toes, then receiving a very relaxing foot massage. This relaxation will be in a role play style where I will be guiding you directly.

I will start by greeting you, helping you to relax by firstly focusing on your face muscles, working our way down to your neck, shoulders, then your arms, chest, stomach, hips and legs.

I will introduce you a selection of the relaxing essential oils, telling you about how they smell and their beneficial properties. Once you pick out the oil, I will be giving you a very relaxing foot massage, hoping to let you unwind and mellow out, and fall asleep while listening to the sound of the water and the gentle massage strokes.

I have used some water sound effects to make this experience feel as real and relaxing as possible. I will be uploading both sound files (with and without background sounds) so you can listen to whichever you prefer.
