*NEW* ELF HYDRATING CAMO CONCEALER REVIEW

Hello! Today I'm trying the new elf Hydrating Camo Concealer compared to the original elf 16hr Camo Concealer. This is supposed to be a more hydrating formula for normal to oily skin. I try the two concealers and share the difference in the finish, coverage, and feeling on the skin.
