Why You Should Play Persona 4 Golden - Persona 4 Golden Critique

Persona 4 (P4) is a role-playing video game developed and published by Atlus. Persona 4 takes place in a fictional Japanese countryside and is barely related to the other Persona games. The protagonist is named Fred Jones, and he is a high-school student who moved to the countryside for a year. During his year-long stay, he becomes involved in investigating mysterious murders while harnessing the power of summoning Persona. The game features a weather forecast system with events happening on foggy days.

A far-more-playable version of the game for the PlayStation Vita, Persona 4 Golden (P4G), was released in 2012. Persona 4 also spawned an armada of spin-off titles of varying quality.

This review/recommendation of Persona 4/Persona 4 Golden has NO SPOILERS. You can watch this whether or not you have played Persona 4 or Persona 4 Golden before. In fact, if you haven't played Persona 4 or Persona 4 Golden before, I would encourage you to watch this video more so.

For those who are curious, I played both Persona 4 and Persona 4 Golden on Normal difficulty.
