Physical custody of their five children was requested in Tori's divorce petition.
Furthermore, Tori petitioned Dean McDermott for spousal support.
The date of separation specified in Tori's divorce filing was June 17, 2023. Anyone who had followed their narrative would not have been surprised by this date.
However, July 7, 2023 is listed as the former couple's separation date in Dean's file. That is several weeks apart.
That is especially intriguing because on June 17, Dean unilaterally announced their breakup on social media.
After almost twenty years of marriage, one would think Tori and Dean would know exactly when their marriage ended.
