Arles City is a animation with high influences in Oil Painting and Van Gogh references.
i really want to make a project using some filters of Photoshop , Plus some Isometric Camera angles, so i start making a more cartoon city and people walking.
Its actually a very simple animation , Just a "Walking in the Park" ,But its make only by trying some new techniques.
