My cheap truck camper needed some major TLC

Last year, I bought a $60 camper shell from facebook marketplace to make myself a new truck camping setup. I gave it a fresh coat of paint and a bit of refreshing, built a door out of scraps, and hit the road - only to discover my new camper was kind of a piece of trash. So, a few weeks ago, I tore it apart, and i've been working on taking my time and putting it back together right this time.

About me: I decided to jump on an opportunity to buy a school bus for $1000. After 2.5 years of building and a couple summers doing bus life, I sold the bus and began building a tiny house boat from scratch. My hope is that with a couple years of practice building under my belt, I can do a bit better of a job this time and build something that actually floats 🤞
