Jenny Esposito (  / jennifer-esposito-93a04523  ) is the Director of People and Culture at Trumark Homes. In her role, she leads the company’s human resources and corporate culture efforts including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, compliance, and benefits as well as team building and staff development. She has more than a decade a diverse experience in leading and managing all functions of human resources across several industries.
