A demonstration of traditional patterns used in Tahitian drum lines as played on the toere (pronounced "toe-eddie"). Tahitian fronted by dancers, the Tahitian drummers consist of sometimes dozens of guys, with up to eight guys on toeres. Arrangements are made with mathematical precision that tickles the tribal blood in all of us.
