This song in particular holds a very special place in my heart, I love the message it brings, and it gives me something I can relate to. As someone who also struggles with anxiety and depression, it's hard to keep my motivation when stuff gets rough. I used to tell everyone I'm fine and go on about my day, but that's not a healthy approach to coping with mental health. I'm still tryna face my problems head on, and improve in any way I can.
