We all know sales velocity is a thing. A very real thing and one that requires a measured cadence along with the discipline of process to bring to life. And that measured cadence and discipline produce a gain in speed in a controlled, measured way that produces results consistently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

This is the first in a two-part discussion of resetting our sales mindset. During our first session, we’ll walk through the basic blocking and tackling needed. And during our second session, we’ll talk through the power of incremental increase. You’ll definitely want to be present for both!

During our time together, we’ll focus on three key areas:
1. The fundamentals – they never go out of style, and in fact, are probably needed now more than ever. What are the fundamentals to focus on and why? And how do we make them fun?
2. Deploy – a communication loop and make it ok for everyone to give feedback. And be accountable to one another. As stale as communication can get, let’s talk through way to keep it fresh and exciting!
3. Set expectations – people live up to and down to our expectation. We’ll talk through ways to appropriately set expectations while empowering our team to own their mindset and goals!
