A 1.6 T-GDi engine is offered as a mild hybrid with 150 or 180 hp, as a full hybrid with 230 hp and as a plug-in hybrid with 265 hp. The petrol engine is available with both 2×4 and 4×4 drive. Also available is a 1.6 diesel mild hybrid with 136 hp and all-wheel drive.

The "Power Edition" is also equipped with a 12.3″ navigation system with DAB+, Bluetooth with voice recognition, 3-zone automatic air conditioning, steering wheel heating, fog lights, parking sensors and a start button with SmartKey. The "Drive Wise" package is also installed as standard in vehicles with automatic transmission. It also includes highway assistant, emergency brake assistant with turning detection and cruise control with distance assistant.

In the "Style" version, the Sportage is built as a mild hybrid petrol engine with 180 hp, as a hybrid and as a plug-in hybrid. It comes with 18″ aluminum wheels and, in addition to the features of the Power Edition, offers, among other things, an inductive charging station for smartphones, an electric tailgate, a 12.3″ digital instrument display “Supervision”, an intelligent headlight system (bi-LED), fabric/leather seat covers , electric front seats and blind spot assistant.

The top version "GT-Line" comes with the same drives as the "Style", also has 19" aluminum wheels, 360° monitor with 3D display, ECS (Electronic Control Suspension), driver's seat memory function, remote-controlled parking assistant, Harman Kardon Sound system, blind spot assistant with monitor display and leather seat covers.

Due to the extensive standard equipment, there are only two option packages for the "Sportage" and "Power Edition" versions. The "Sportage" package for CHF 1,750 includes heated front seats, heated steering wheel, 3-zone automatic air conditioning, rain sensor and parking sensors at the front and rear.
