I decided to give a go at TomShar's and SolitaryWolfXD's Race for Wool map, in single player. Completed in 25 min towards completion, and I timelapsed it all. :)

Few thoughts:

Heavily PvP map, I don't really see mobs being a problem unless a team neglects lighting up their lane. Even the mob boxes were no problem and did not take very long.

Tnt is an interesting choice, and I wonder how effective it will be. One would have to build a cannon very fast, to both avoid being shot and to get it before it is too late. I sense matches to be slightly shorter than Owbox matches, on the average.

Lanes felt very thin, though that just might be because I just kept walking off like a derp xD

I really like the color themes, and the purple wool felt really vibrant and perfect for the final wool.

I don't really understand why the Tnt traps had to be set manually. Owbox seems to have managed it, unless the problem was about something else. Also, another pre-publication tip would be to run the map through NBTedit, which can set the time to Day 0, and can stop rain (and in this map's case Thunder!) to never show up. You could also change the biome to desert, since nothing exists to change appearance, but the Thunder will still occur for everyone a few minutes after starting up the map. Weather is editable through a program, thus does not require a mod for the effects to take place when others Dl the map.

A new part of my analysis will be a "Special" award...
