According to a former royal butler, Kate Middleton is just as kind and approachable behind the scenes as she is in front.
Grant Harrold, a former royal butler who worked for King Charles for seven years, told The Mirror that Kate frequently demonstrated her genuine nature via tiny, considerate deeds.
He claimed that Kate, the Princess of Wales, greets and chats with personnel first when she arrives to Highgrove.
"She's incredibly lovely and easy-going. Harrold enthused over Kate, saying, "What you see is what you get. She has a lovely way about her."
He went on to say, "She's a wonderful girl, but she's also a bit of a jokester; she has a sense of humour. It's a regal procession with her. She's really easygoing; she just has a little something about her."
Harrold stated that, despite her royal rank, she never acted superior to others. "When she used to arrive, she'd come in the kitchen and have a catch up with us." She would walk into the home, but she would first come in and visit us before going inside, which I thought was sweet. I'm trying to emphasise that she's really down to earth, which is what I liked about her.
