With all of the Mark IIC+ hype recently, I figured I'd see if I could get the old 5150 III in the ballpark for that tone. Using my Cort G300 Pro with JB in the bridge and the Cockos EQ settings are shown in the pic. It's not terribly far off I suppose and definitely fun to play. Mic is a Sennheiser E609 on an 80s era G12T-75.
