Dog named Milo reunited with his family in Arkansas after nine years

A dog named Milo was reunited with his family after nine years of being apart. David Cardenas, who thought Milo was stolen, received a random call from an Arkansas telephone number where they got the news that he was found. They traveled from Texas to Arkansas for their reunion. KARK reports.
